Here are some simple steps to get your mobile phone into us for Unlocking.

1.     Please ensure the following has been removed before sending the phone into us:

·         Any passwords/phone codes which are on the phone.

·         Any memory cards which are in the phone have been removed.

2.     If the phones battery is fully charged, this will speed up the time it takes us to Unlock the phone (this is especially important for our customers who drop off their phones in person to be Unlocked).

3.     Carefully wrap your phone in a few layers of tissue/kitchen towel and insert into a jiffybag or small box.  This will also keep the weight and cost of the parcel down.

4.     If you like to post in your phone to be unlocked, please include the following information: Contact Name, Email Address, Contact Number and description of work to be done.

We strongly recommend you send your phone via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery as this will provide insurance in the instance where your phone might be lost in the post. Alternatively, if you want to drop your phone in person, you can do so.
