Terms and Conditions
Return Policy
Should you not be happy with your purchase, then simply return the item with 7 working days and we will happily refund your puchase. The item must be in re-saleable condition.
Inspections
Should you require an inspection to be done on your Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii or Sony Playstation 3 consoles, GS Repairs reserve the right to charge an inspection fee of £20 should you not wish to have the console repaired or the console be deemed BER. This is due to the time and costs involved in repairing these consoles.
Warranty
All our repairs come with a warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the work done by GS Repairs. Repaired consoles are guaranteed against the original fault only. GS Repairs cannot take responsibility for unrelated faults on the same console.
Consoles
For the other consoles we conduct work on, we will offer our customers a warranty. Warranty of the item repaired is based on the work carried out. Average warranty on console repairs is 3 Months (90 Calendar Days) On all consoles that are repaired by us, we have warranty stickers placed on them. If our warranty sticker has been removed or tampered with then the warranty is void. If you have sent your console in for repair knowing this then GS Repairs has the right to charge for the repair. Should you not wish for the repair to take place then you will be made liable for return postage which will be specified by us.
For example: Due to the nature of the Xbox 360 RROD issue, we can only guarantee the fix for 6 weeks. These consoles are prone to other issues relating to hardware and the only way the user can be made aware of these issues is through 1-2-3 or 4 LED combinations on the console.
Collection of Repaired/ Non-Repaired items
In accordance with Torts Act 1977, should your repaired item not be collected from our premises within 90 days, then GS Repairs has the right to dispose of said item by any means necessary in order to reclaim costs.
Postage Information
GS Repairs unless stated otherwise send all their items via Insured postal service or Courier.
We keep all tracking numbers and serials of consoles worked on by us. This is to assist with any items that may have been lost or damaged in the post.
Upon receipt of payment, we endeavour to dispatch items SAME or NEXT WORKING DAY. Should there be a delay in the sending of your item, we will notify you at the earliest convenience.

Repair Service Only
GS Repairs preferred method of payment is Paypal. We also accept COC (Cash.On.Collection). For customers who are picking up in person or arranging their own courier, the postage charge will be waivered and you will only have to pay for the repair costs.
