How does the console repair service work?

 

We at GS Repairs know how frustrating it may be when one of your gadgets break and you need a reliable, trusting company to handle the repairs. We hope that we can make the whole process less tiresome and you will open for us to handle the queries you have.

 

Have a look below at how the process works:

 

  1. Contact via the usual channels of communication: Telephone, Email or through our new “Get A Quote” online form.
  2. Once a question or quote is requested, your request will be dealt with, in under 24 Hours.
  3. Should you be happy with the quote given, please send your console to our workshop. Address details and packaging instructions can be found on our contact details page.
  4. Once the console is received, we will contact to let you know it has arrived safely and work will commence.
  5. The repair process can be done same day or within a few days, we allow for contingency should we need to order any specific parts.
  6. Once the repairs are complete, we inform of the payment methods available.
  7. Once payment has received, we pack up your item and get it ready for dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier service. We always provide our customer with the tracking numbers so they can keep track of their goods in transit.

 

What if I have a problem with my repaired item once you send it back to me?

 

If you are unfortunate to have encountered a problem with your repaired item that is related to the initial fault, we will honour the repair under the warranty provided. If you experience further issues, simply contact us here.

 

We will provide you with a RMA number which you will need to attach to your repaired item when sending into us.
